Animal Chiropractic
You might wonder, "why would an animal need a chiropractor?". Animals have muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons and nerves, and can therefore have problems, just like you! Animal chiropractic is effective and gentle on any animal that has a spine and other joints. From birds to horses, all animals can experience significant benefit from chiropractic care.

Some think that maybe it's because their animal is getting older, an although that may be true, many problems that animals experience can be treated and resolved.
Chiropractic's main objective is to remove pressure on the nervous system. That nervous system is what controls all of your cells, organs and tissues and that's why it's so important to maintain a healthy spine for your animals. Whenever a bone in your spine moves out of position, called "subluxation", it irritates the nervous system and not only can it cause pain and dysfunction, but can lead to weakness, balance issues, gait abnormalities, fatigue, digestive problems and more.

Correcting these spinal subluxations gets to the root cause of the problem, so not only will your pet feel better, but he/she will also function better and live a healthier life!

Much like people do with their own body, once you're better, isn't it a good idea to stay better? Maintenance care is a great idea for anyone who wants to keep their body functioning at it's best and prevent the decline that comes along with getting older.
Maintenance care call help prevent arthritis and will keep your pet's body and immune system strong so they can live their best life!

When your pet comes in for their first visit, Dr. Lamarche will take a full health history of your pet followed by a comprehensive examination. If your pet is a good candidate for chiropractic care, Dr. Lamarche will put together a treatment plan to help get your animal better as fast as possible! If your pet is not a candidate we will make recommendations about what other treatment might be available to help.
